Mission

The Regional Training Center – Korea-Philippines Vocational Training Center Davao, as an Assessment Center, is dedicated to providing reliable and comprehensive competency assessment services to its clients. RTC-KPVTC, Davao aims to ensure that graduates and workers meet the established competency standards, thereby enhancing productivity, quality, and global competitiveness.

Goal

To consistently deliver accurate and fair competency assessments, leading to the certification of skilled workers who can meet industry expectations and contribute to the economic growth of the Davao Region.

Objectives

RTC-KorPhil, Davao Competency Assessment and Certification Office dedicates to providing reliable and comprehensive competency assessment services to its clients in order to:

a. Maintain Accreditation: Continuously maintain and enhance the accreditation as an Assessment Center, ensuring compliance with the standards set by the Philippine TVET Competency Assessment and Certification System (PTCACS) and other relevant regulatory bodies;

b. Conduct Reliable Assessments: Utilize standardized TESDA assessment processes and methodologies to conduct reliable and valid competency assessments that accurately measure the skills and knowledge of individuals seeking certification;

c. Foster Industry Partnerships: Collaborate with local industries, employers, and other stakeholders to align the assessment services with industry demands, ensuring that certified workers possess the skills required for current and future job market needs;

d. Promote Awareness and Accessibility: Actively promote the benefits of certification and the services offered by RTC-KPVTC, Davao Assessment Center, striving to increase awareness among individuals, educational institutions, and employers; and

e. Continuous Improvement: Regularly evaluate and improve the Training Center’s assessment processes, systems, and infrastructure to maintain the highest standards of quality and efficiency in operations, ultimately enhancing the value and credibility of certification services.
